Linden Fields does not offer returns as all of our products are handmade to order. If for any reason there is a problem with your order, we would be happy to help! Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We require a picture of any defects or problems. We urge you to inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive it to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. If your order is damaged, lost or stolen, please report that here so we can quickly take care of you! We accept cancellations ONLY if your order has not started production and within 2 business days. Orders go into production very quickly, so cancellations are not always possible. Thank you!
